Unlike competitors who test in controlled conditions, CSR 762's range figures come from extensive on-road validation across Indian city and highway conditions.
Over 18 months of testing across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR — covering more than 1.2 lakh kilometres in real traffic, real heat, and real Indian roads — the CSR 762 consistently delivered between 118 km and 132 km on a single charge.
How It Was Tested
Twelve units were issued to long-term reviewers, delivery riders, and daily commuters across four cities. Each bike logged trip-level telemetry — speed, state-of-charge, ambient temperature, payload — that was independently audited.
“We never wanted a brochure number that fell apart on day one. Our team rides these bikes every day — the numbers we publish are the numbers we live with.”

What Drives The Range
A 4.1 kWh LFP pack, regenerative braking, a 6 kW peak BLDC motor, and aggressive thermal management together explain the consistency. The MIDC-style test cycle was supplemented with a Svitch-developed Indian Real-World Drive (IRWD) profile.
