Accessibility Statement
We're committed to making csr762.com usable by everyone — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
01 Our Commitment
Svitch Motocorp aims to make this website and all related digital experiences accessible to as wide an audience as possible — regardless of ability, technology, or context of use. We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and continuously work to raise the bar across every page.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We audit, test, and iterate — and we welcome your feedback when we fall short.
02 Measures We Take
The following practices are baked into how we build and ship the Svitch website:
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (
<nav>,<main>,<article>,<footer>) on every page. - Color contrast tested against WCAG AA — minimum 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- Descriptive
alttext on every meaningful image; decorative images marked with empty alt +role="presentation". aria-labelon all icon-only buttons (search, hamburger, back-to-top, social icons).- Form labels paired with inputs via
for/id; required fields marked witharia-required. - Live regions (
aria-live="polite") on toast notifications so screen readers announce them. - Respects
prefers-reduced-motion— scroll-reveal and animations disable when this OS setting is enabled. - Visible focus states on every interactive element (no
outline: nonewithout a replacement).
03 Keyboard & Navigation
The entire site is operable without a mouse. Common shortcuts:
- Tab — move forward through interactive elements in logical DOM order.
- Shift + Tab — move backward.
- Enter / Space — activate buttons, links, and form controls.
- Esc — close any open modal, drawer, or dropdown.
- Arrow keys — navigate inside menus and carousels.
Heading hierarchy on every page starts with a single <h1> and nests logically — screen-reader users can jump between landmarks and headings without surprise.
04 Known Limitations
We're transparent about gaps we're still closing:
- Some embedded carousels (Swiper) may trap focus on first interaction — we're upgrading to a fully accessible variant.
- Older gallery images are being audited for richer alt text.
- The 360° product viewer is currently mouse / touch driven; keyboard rotation is on our 2026-Q3 roadmap.
- Some auto-playing videos lack synchronised captions; transcripts are available on request via support@svitch.bike.
05 Assistive Technologies Tested
Our pages are regularly tested with:
- NVDA 2024.x on Firefox & Chrome (Windows)
- VoiceOver on macOS 14 (Safari) and iOS 17 (Safari)
- TalkBack on Android 14 (Chrome)
- JAWS 2024 on Chrome (Windows)
Automated checks run with axe-core during development and against a Lighthouse Accessibility target of 95+.
